My own career has always centred around people, from my time in customer success to leadership roles spanning from mid-management to Director level. Having worked across diverse sectors—including law, charity, university, SaaS settings — I understand the unique pressures that come with navigating the leadership ladder.Throughout my own growth, I’ve benefited immensely from the support of mentors and coaches who encouraged me to reflect and evolve.
